Overview

eCredit stores a broad range of customer information that can be used for credit analysis and account management. You can use this customer information to supplement the information stored with a customer's credit requests.

The information stored for the customer can be used by:

  • Credit analysts when analyzing credit risk, reviewing customer accounts, or creating credit lines without using the automated decision process.

  • Collectors when reviewing or editing correspondence for collection activities, entering Web links, or viewing Quick Tips.

  • Automated business processes designed to render a credit decision, or to populate a work queue task with action items.

  • Scorecards when generating credit risk scores.
