Overview

Quick tips provide an convenient and easy way to quickly add brief annotations to customer records. A quick tip usually contains a short message that is viewable to all eCredit users.

For example, you can add a quick tip to alert other users to some obscure piece of information about the customer. Knowing these facts or behaviors can prove helpful in your dealings with a customer.

You can add up to 250 characters for each quick tip.
