Web Links

Overview

Use the Web Links feature to add Web addresses that you frequently access when performing credit analysis and collections activity for a customer.  For example, add Web address for the shipping company used for deliveries to the customer, or for the customer's Web site.

The Web addresses that you add appear as links on the Customer Links tab of the Customer Profile at the bottom of the Collection Activity screen. Adding customer links provides you with direct access from your Work Queue to Web sites that help you perform your credit analysis and collections activity more efficiently.
