Overview

Business characteristics provide a description of the customer's business that is helpful in assessing risk factors.

The business characteristics that you can store for a customer's business include number of employees, number of business locations, operating risk, industry risk, and country risk. You can store multiple records of business characteristics to provide a history of risk assessment characteristics.
