Customer Profile Information

Overview

For a comprehensive view of information at the customer level, use the Customer Profile tabs at the bottom of the Collection Activity screen.

The following shows the information you can access from the Customer Profile:

Tab

Description

Customer Notes

Displays a log of all notes associated with the selected customer. In the Customer Notes tab, you can view notes entered in the Notes feature of the Customer Analysis feature, or entered on the Follow-up screen as a Customer note. The notes could also be sent through the bulk interface.

Quick Tips

Displays a short message about a customer record that is viewable to all eCredit users.

Promises

By default, displays any promises that are due in the future for any of the customer's invoices, but you are also able to search for promises that were due in the past.

Tip: You can use the link in the Invoice # column to access details for invoices associated with the promises.

Disputes

Displays any current or resolved disputes for any open invoice involving the customer.

Tip:  To access dispute details, select the link in the Dispute # column. To access details for invoices associated with the disputes, select the link in the Invoice # column.

Aging

Displays the customer's collection aging data as a graph and a table. You can select to view the information as a total or by business unit, if you are sending your data by business unit.  

Collection Metrics

Displays a broad range of data that enables you to assess the customer's payment trends. You can view the information as a table and as a graph, and can select to view this information as a total or by business unit, if you are sending your data by business unit.

Look Ahead

Enter a range of dates, or search by invoice number to view upcoming action items for the customer.

Payments

Displays payment information for a selected customer. The latest 10 payment records are shown in descending order based on the payment date.

Contacts

Displays lists of the business (external) and internal contacts (employees of your organization) for the customer. You can view and edit the contact information from this tab.

Customer Links

Displays a list of Web addresses associated with the customer.

Tip: These links are added using the Web Links feature in the Customer Analysis module.

Written Off

Displays a list of invoices which have been written off. You cannot enter a promise or dispute for an invoice that has been written off.

Tip: You can use the link in the Invoice # column to access details for the invoice that was written off.
