Description

From Date

Select or enter the promise due date from which you want to search.

To Date

Select or enter the promise due date to which you want to search.

Invoice #

Displays the invoice number associated with the promise.

Amount Due

Displays the amount due on the invoice.

Currency

Displays the currency of the invoice totals.

Date Due

Displays the date when the invoice is due.

Total Promise Amount

Displays the total amount the customer has promised to pay.

Promise Amount

Displays the next amount promised, which is different from the total amount when the customer has made a multi-payment promise.

Promise Due Date

Displays the next date when the promise payment is due.

Note: By default, the Customer Profile displays promises that are due in the future (promise due date is greater than the current date.) You can search to show promises due in the past.

Promise Status

Status of the promise.

History icon

Select this to view the changes made to the promise.

Modified Date

Date the promise was most recently modified.
