Description

There is a section for Internal Contacts (employees of your organization who perform a role for the customer, typically the dispute resolver role) and another section for Business Contacts (contacts external to your organization who provide you with a specific type of information for the customer).

Not labeled

The view/edit link enables you to view or edit customer contact information.

Type

Displays the customer contact type.

First Name

Displays the contact's first name.

Last Name

Displays the contact's last name.

Phone

Displays the contact's business telephone number.

Extension

Displays the extension for the contact's phone.

Mobile

Displays the contact's cellular or mobile telephone number.

Fax Number

Displays the contact's fax number.

Email

Displays the contact's email address.

Address

Displays the contact's mailing address.

City

Displays the city for the contact.

State

Displays the state for the contact.
