The Customer Analysis module stores a broad range of
customer information, while providing you with financial analysis tools.
Using the Customer Analysis module, you can save multiple records of the
same type for a customer. This provides you with comparative information
about the customer over time.
The information stored for the customer can be used
by:
credit analysts when
analyzing, changing, reviewing, or reprocessing credit requests.
collectors when viewing
invoice details.
automated business
processes designed to render a credit decision, or to populate a work
queue task with action items.
scorecards when generating
credit risk scores.
users when creating
reports from the Reports module.
The Customer Analysis module includes the
following features to aid your risk analysis:
Customer
Information: Stores a broad range of customer information, such
as business and internal contacts, credit lines, Notes, A/R Data, and
bank and trade references.
Customer
Snapshot: Is a single point of access to key information for a
customer available on one screen. This helps you quickly assess a customer's
performance and to present the customer to upper management.
Business
Hierarchy: Provides you with consolidated exposure and aging for
customers who are part of business hierarchies. You
can view accounts receivable, credit line, credit allocation, and customer
details for each customer in the hierarchy along with the aggregated data
for the hierarchy on one screen and can export the data to Excel or to
PDF.
Invoices:
Stores details for all invoices for the customer. You send your invoice
data through the bulk interface to store it in eCredit. Invoice details
can include line item and payment details if you are sending this information.
Bureau
Reports: Enables you to submit requests for credit bureau products
without using the automated decision process, and to view all bureau reports
for the customer.
Scores:
Enables you to submit scorecards for processing, view all score results,
and review details for a scorecard
Credit
Requests: A navigational aid that enables you to access a customer's
credit requests directly from the Customer Analysis module without performing
an additional search.
Integration with the Automated Decisions
module
You can view contacts and references saved for the customer's
credit requests, and scores and bureau reports generated by the automated
decision process along with any of the information of this type saved
from the Customer Analysis module. This enables you to view all the information
of these types for a customer in a central location. |
