Bureau Reports

Overview

The Bureau Reports feature of the Customer Analysis module gives you the flexibility to submit requests for credit bureau products without using the automated decision process. When setting up the credit bureaus and products required by your credit policies, your business administrator specifies the bureau products for which you can submit events. For packet and segment data products, your business administrator can restrict the fields that you view in the data returned from the bureau to only those relevant to your analysis.

Bureau requests submitted through the Customer Analysis module supplement any bureau requests generated by the automated decision process. The Bureau Reports feature provides you with access to current bureau data while the events stored for a customer provide a historical reference when analyzing credit requests.
