Managing Customer Tasks

Overview

You can manage customer tasks from the Customer Analysis module by:

  • Adding a work queue task from the Customer Search screen

  • Adding a work queue task from any screen for the customer

  • Viewing your work queue tasks for a customer

When you add work queue tasks from the Customer Analysis module, the task you add is associated with the customer. You can then search for the task in the Work Queue module by entering identifying information for the customer.

When you add tasks from the Customer Search screen, you can add the task for one customer, or for multiple customers that appear in the Search Results section. For example, you could search for all customer assigned to a particular analyst, and then add a task for all that analyst's customers.
