Verifying Businesses with Cortera QUICKLOOK

Overview

Cortera's QUICKLOOK is a service that verifies your customer's business by matching the business information you have for the customer against eCredit's database of trade reference data, public record data, and company-published information. The Cortera QUICKLOOK report includes:

• a validation score.

• a credit score.

• a credit grade.

• the business name, address, and phone number found for the business that matched the company information you provided.

How QUICKLOOK is used

On the Basic screen or from the Customer Snapshot, you can verify that the customer's business exists and update the customer's address in eCredit if a different address is found. From the Bureau Events feature, you can submit a request for a QUICKLOOK report at any time.
