Credit Request Search Screen Overview

Overview

Use the Credit Request Search screen to locate the credit request you want to work on.

If you want to create a new credit request, select New Credit Request link   from the top of the screen. More

To locate the specific credit requests you want to work on, enter search criteria to filter the results. You can filter using any of the fields on the screen.

When you search for and locate a credit request, with the appropriate access privileges Your access privileges are determined by the capabilities for the user role you are assigned to. Your user role might include no access or read-only access to certain features. you can do the following from the Search Results section of the screen:

  • View details entered for the request by selecting the Tran #

  • Change credit request details and reprocess the request by selecting the Tran #

  • View or change the decision, decision reasons, state, and status, and view the decision history by selecting the link in the Decision column

  • View decision information generated by the process, which can include scores, bureau reports, and InfoLink reports, using the links in the Action column

  • Reprocess a credit request after selecting the correct match from a list of similars

The only credit request information you cannot access directly from the Credit Request Search screen is notes and additional information. You access this information using the Notes and Additional Information tabs found on any screen that has information for the credit request.
