Navigating in the Automated Decisions Module

Overview

You locate credit requests by entering search information for a request on the Credit Request Search screen. With the appropriate access privileges, when you search for and locate a credit request, you can do the following from the Search Results section of the screen:

  • Create a work queue task for the credit request.

  • Change the credit request owner.

  • Access the Credit Request Details screen by selecting the link in the Tran # column.

  • Access a customer's record by selecting the customer's name in the Customer Name column.

  • Access the decision and decision history by selecting the link in the Decision column.

  • View a list of similars, select the correct match from the list, and reprocess the request.

  • Quickly navigate to decision information about the credit request For example, scoring, List of Similars, and bureau events and the customer For example, business contacts, internal contacts, credit line summary, bankruptcy notices, accounts receivable data, notes and additional information using the links in the Action column.
