To view and print information from credit bureau reports:
Select the
Customer. How?
Select the
Bureau Reports tab.
The Bureau events screen displays all bureau events Each time a lender or the automated decision process requests information
from a credit bureau, the request is tracked and labeled as a bureau event.
The event is assigned a number to identify it.
for the customer. This includes both bureau events submitted by credit
analysts, and requests generated by the automatic decision process. The
most recently submitted events are at the top of the list.
You can view results for bureau events only when
the status column for the event is Success. To update the status column with
the current processing status, click Refresh.
Select view/edit
in the row for the bureau event.
eCredit displays the bureau result for the selected event.
Some bureau results include a Display list. When
you select a section of the bureau result from the Display list, the screen
refreshes to display only the selected section.
To print the
bureau information:
Click
Print.
A print version of the bureau information appears in the browser.
From
the browser toolbar, select File>Print.
The Print dialog box appears.
On the
Print dialog box, click OK. If necessary, from the Print dialog, you can
change the scaling and paper orientation to adjust the way the bureau
information prints.
To return
to eCredit, click the Back button on the browser toolbar.
