Working with Notes and Attachments to a Dispute

Dispute notes

You can add dispute notes in the following ways when working in the Dispute Management module:

  • You can add notes from the Search Disputes screen. The note you add is also available from the Invoice details and Collection Activity screens.

  • You can add a note and attachment from the Dispute Details screen. The note you add is also available from the Invoice details and Collection Activity screens, but the attachment is only available from the Dispute Details screen.
