Viewing Dispute Notes and Attachments

Procedure

To view dispute notes and attachments:

  1. Locate the dispute. How?

  2. On the Dispute Details screen, in the Comments section, click View/Edit in the row for the comments for which you want to view the attachment.
    The Edit Dispute Comment screen appears.

  3. Click View Attachment.
    The attachment opens in a new browser window.

  4. Close the browser window for the attachment.
    The Edit Dispute Comment screen appears.

  5. To return to the Dispute Details screen, click Cancel.
