Customizing Customer Snapshot Templates

Overview

eCredit provides five Customer Snapshot templates that determine the snapshot view for the logged on user. You can customize the Customer Snapshot templates by:

  • adding, removing, or renaming sections, and setting the default view for a section as minimized or maximized.

  • adding, removing, and repositioning fields within the Key Facts section.

  • setting up the Business Hierarchy section by defining the default business hierarchy type.

  • setting up the credit score graph by selecting a scorecard and entering the minimum and maximum score values for the scorecard.

Note: Customer Snapshot trend graphs can show up to 12 months of data if it is available for the customer.

  • setting up the Key Ratios and Financial Summary sections by specifying the financial statement type on which to base the financial data, and the line items  and ratios you want to show.

To control the scorecard used for the Score and Score History charts in the Snapshot, enter the default scorecard for the customer in the Credit Policy field on the Basic screen. The Score and Score History charts will then use scores for this scorecard. To ensure data consistency, if the customer does not have a default scorecard entered, the score graph shows the most recent score, and score history graph shows scores for the last 12 months using the scorecard most recently used.
