Selecting the Financial Statement and Line Items

Procedure

Note:  If your implementation includes more than one financial format, you must select line items for each format to include them in the template. The Customer Snapshot will show the data if it is available for the customer.

To select the financial statement and line items used for the financial data in the Customer Snapshot:

  1. Access the template. How?

  2. Click the edit icon in the Summary Financials section.
    The Select Summary Line Items pop-up screen appears.

  3. Select the option button for one of the following:

    • Annual to use the latest two annual statements

    • Interim to use the latest two interim statements

    • Any to use the latest two available statements whether the statements are annual or interim.

  4. Select the Financial Format and the Category (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, or Cash Flow) for which you want to select line items for the Snapshot.
    The Available Columns section shows the line items for the selections you make.

  5. Select up to 25 line items that you want to appear in the Snapshot, and click the right-pointing arrow.
    Your selections appear in the Selected Columns section, and will appear in the Snapshot for the customers for whom you are storing that data.

Note: Use the up and down-pointing arrows to determine the order in which the line items appear.

  1. Click Save.

  2. To select line items from a different financial statement, repeat steps 4 to 6.
