Managing Customer Snapshot Templates

Overview

Customer Snapshot template management includes the following tasks:

  • Specifying a default template used if a user does not have an assigned template. You must specify one of the templates as the default.

  • Activating templates so that they can be assigned to users.

  • Assigning templates to users.

  • Renaming a template.

You can make the Snapshot the first screen that appears when users select a customer by giving the user two role capabilities: View Customer Snapshot and Make Customer Snapshot default landing screen.
