Customizing the Key Facts Section

Procedure

To customize the Key Facts section:

  1. Access the template. How?

  2. Click the edit icon in the Key Facts section.
    The Key Facts pop-up screen displays all the fields available for the Key Facts section, including any user-defined fields for the customer Basic screen.

  3. To include a field in this template, select the check box for it in the Selected column.

  4. To determine the display order for the selected fields, put the display order number in the Display Order column.

  5. To see the fields displayed using the order you enter, click Arrange.
    The screen displays the fields in the specified order.

  6. To save the selections, click Save.
