Navigating in the Work Queue Module (Collections)

Overview

By locating a work queue task in the Search Results section you can access the:

  • Collection activity for the customer

  • Customer information by clicking on the link in the Customer Name column.

The following screen shot shows the Work Queue Summary Search Results section:

From the Collection Activity screen, you can:

  • Access Customer information by clicking on the Customer Name link in the tab at the top of the screen

  • Access details for an invoice by clicking the link in the Invoice # column.
