Accessing Customer Information from Work Queue

Procedure

To access a customer's record from Work Queue:

  1. Locate the work queue task for the customer. How?

  2. In the Search Results section, locate a task that has a name in the Customer Name column.

  3. Select the customer's name in the Customer Name column for the work queue task.
    The Basic screen appears for the selected customer.

Note:  If the task does not have a link in the Customer Name column, it means that the task is not associated with a customer. Tasks that are added directly from the Work Queue are associated with the user who adds the task but not with a particular customer.
