To access the collection activity for a customer:
From the Main
menu, select Work Queue.
The Work Queue Summary screen displays the customers in your work queue
for whom you have current or overdue action items. The list is sorted
by action item priority (the customer with the most high priority action
items will be listed first). The Priority column lists the highest priority
for any action item for the customer.
Note: If
your work queue has more than a maximum number of customers, the maximum
number of customers displays with a message notifying you that there are
additional customers with action items. You can enter search criteria
to locate the additional customers.
Enter search
information to locate the customer you want to work with and click Search.
You can search by criteria, such as collector or oldest aging bucket,
or create advanced filters to select customers with certain aging characteristics.

The Search Results section displays the customers matching the search
information you enter.
In the Search
Results section, sort the customers according to the way you prioritize
your work by clicking on the column header. For example, sort the screen
so that the customers with the highest Total Past Due are at the top of
the screen by clicking the Total Past Due column header. The information
sorts in either ascending or descending order depending on how your business
administrator configures the screen. A second click sorts in the reverse
order.
To access collection
activities for a customer, in the Go To column for the customer, select
Collection Activity.
The Collection Activity screen displays details for the action items
for the customer you selected. The screen displays action items by due
date with the oldest action items first. The screen displays 10 action
items per page with arrows to navigate between the pages. You can sort
the Collection Activity by clicking on any underlined column header.
Tip |
Arrows on the Collection Activity screen take
you to the Collection Activity for the next customer listed on the Work
Queue Summary screen. If you sort the Work Queue Summary screen in the
order you want to work your accounts, you do not need to return to the
Work Queue Summary screen, or perform an additional search to access the
collection activity for your next customer. |
