Procedure |
To add and view notes and attachments:
Note: The note you add is available to authorized users using either module.
The Notes screen appears. Note: You can sort the screen by any of the underlined column headers. The first click sorts in ascending order. The second click sorts in descending order.
Note: If your administrator has defined Auto Text for notes, click Auto Text and select the pre-defined text from the list. You can modify the pre-defined text if needed. The Auto Text feature applies only to customer notes.
