Changing Basic Information

Procedure

To change basic information for a customer:

  1. Select the customer. How?
    When you select a customer, the Basic screen appears along with the customer links.

  2. Change the basic information, and click Save.

Note: If you change the Is NDA or Is Restricted selections for the account, this affects the users who are able to access the account data and credit request details for the customer. More

  1. To change address information:

    • In the Address Information section, select view/edit in the row for the address you want to change.
      The Address Details screen appears.

    • Change the information and click Save.

    • To return to the Basic screen, click Cancel.

  2. To add an additional address:

    • In the Address Information section, click Add.
      The Address Details screen appears.

    • Enter information for the address, and click Save.

    • To return to the Basic screen, click Cancel.

Note:  The legal address is required, and you can add only one legal address. The other address types are optional, and you can add multiple addresses for these optional types.
