Working with Credit Line Attachments

Overview

You can add attachments to a credit line to document the credit analysis process and provide information to support your recommendations. You can add attachments at any time.

To revise an attachment, open the attachment file in its source application, make changes and save the revised document. You can then attach the revised document by adding it as a new attachment.

You also can do the following with Credit Line attachments:

  • If a credit line has not yet been approved, you can delete attachments. However, if your business administrator has set up eCredit to prevent editing of approved credit lines, you cannot delete existing attachments after the credit line has been approved.

  • If your business administrator has set up eCredit to allow editing of approved credit lines, you can delete attachments at any time.

  • If your business administrator has set up eCredit to allow editing of approved credit lines, you can delete the existing attachment before attaching the revised document.
