Adding Attachments to a Credit Line

Procedure

To add an attachment to an approved credit line:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. From the Customer Information tab, select Credit Line.
    The Credit Line screen appears. Approved, effective credit lines are displayed with blue text. Expired credit lines are displayed with red text.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the credit line for which you want to add an attachment.
    The Credit Line details screen appears.

  4. In the Attachments section, select the Browse button
    A dialog box appears asking you to select the file to be attached.

  5. Use the dialog box to locate and select the file. Click Open.
    The name and path for the selected file appears in the Attach File field.

  6. Do one of the following:

    • If your implementation does not allow editing of approved credit lines, click Save Attachment.

    • If your implementation allows editing of approved credit lines, click Save.

Note: You can add multiple attachments to the credit line by repeating steps 4 - 6.
