Changing Credit Line Information

Procedure

To change credit line information:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. From the Customer Information tab, select Credit Line.
    The Credit Line screen appears.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the credit line to be changed.
    The Credit Line details screen appears.

Note: You can edit approved credit lines only if your eCredit Business Administrator has set up eCredit to enable editing of approved credit lines.

  1. Enter information in the appropriate fields.

Note:  The amount you enter in the Approved Line field must not exceed your authority limit. Your system administrator specifies your authority limit when setting up your user profile. You can view your authority limit on your My Profile screen. How?

  1. Click Save.

Note:  If you changed any critical credit line data, a message displays that the credit line must be re-authorized. To proceed with the changes, click OK. You can now enter your approval for the credit line. How?
