Champion and Challenger Strategies

Overview

Each segment has a Champion strategy associated with it. The Champion strategy defines your best practices for treating the type of invoices defined for the segment.

To further refine and evaluate your best practices, you can optionally associate a Challenger strategy with the segment. eCredit randomly assigns invoices in the segment to the Champion and Challenger strategies. You specify the percentages that you want eCredit to assign to each strategy type.

Organizing invoices into segments enables eCredit to calculate metrics for the effectiveness of both the Champion and Challenger strategies.
