Viewing Effectiveness Metrics for a Segment

You can modify any information for a strategy at any time. However, if the strategy is associated with a segment as a Champion or Challenger strategy, these modifications could compromise the validity of the comparison when viewing metrics for a time period that includes dates both before and after the changes were made. When viewing effectiveness metrics when changes have been made to the strategy associated with the segment, select dates so that you are viewing data for either before or after the changes were made.

To view effectiveness metrics for a segment:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the Policy Administration tab, select Segments.
    The Segments screen appears.

  3. In the row for the segment for which you want to view metrics, click view/edit.
    The Segment Details screen appears.

  4. In the Metric Detail section, enter the Period After Date (Start Date) or Look Back Days to define the time frame for which you want to view effectiveness metrics, and click Search.
    The Metric Detail section displays the metrics for the time frame you enter.
