You can change the status, due date, priority, and description, for a task, or for any of the task's action items. When you change information for an overdue action item, you cannot save the changes unless you also change the action item due date to be equal to or greater than the current date. When changing information for an overdue task, there is no requirement to update the due date. Before you can change the status of a task to completed, you must mark any associated action items as completed. How? To change manual task information:
Note: When you change the status of a task to completed, the task is automatically removed from the work queue.
