Accessing Credit Request Details from the Work Queue

Procedure

To access credit request details from the Work Queue module, the work queue task must be associated with a credit transaction.

To access credit request details from Work Queue:

1. Locate the work queue task for the credit request. How?

2. In the Search Results section, select the number in the Tran # column for the work queue task.
   The Credit Request Details screen appears for the selected credit request transaction.

Note:  If there is no number in the Tran # column for a task, this means that the task is not associated with a credit request.
