Customer Action List Links

The following shows the links at the top of the screen.

If you are a credit analyst:

The Task List link takes you to your work queue tasks.

Move to Work Queue creates a work queue task for the customer.

If you are a collector, the Collection Activity link takes you to your collection activity for the customer.
