Reports

Overview

Using the Reports feature, you can work with:

  • reports that you define using the eCredit application.

  • the standard reports that are available with the eCredit application.

  • custom reports that the eCredit Professional Services Organization (PSO) has created for you as part of your implementation.

You can generate any report that you create. For all other reports, the report must be added to your user Access role as a capability. This includes reports created by another user, standard reports, and custom reports created by the eCredit Professional Services Organization (PSO).

Tip:

You can generate a month-end invoice statement of account report directly from the Invoices screen. More
You can set up your eCredit Home Page so that you can generate reports directly from the Home Page. More

You can generate a detail report for customers in business hierarchies from the Business Hierarchy feature. More
