Adding Operating Characteristics

Procedure

To add internal operating characteristics:

1. Select the customer. How?

2. From the Customer Information tab, select Operating Characteristics.
   The Operating Characteristics screen appears.

3. Click Add.
   The Operating Characteristics details screen appears.

4. Enter operating characteristics information.

5. To save the operating characteristics information, click Save.
