Changing Customer Status Information

Procedure

To change customer status information:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. From the Customer Information tab, select Customer Status.
    The Customer Status screen appears.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the customer status you want to change.
    The Customer Status details screen appears.

  4. Change information for the customer status. Use the Release Date to indicate the date that the customer status ends.

  5. To save the customer status information, select Save.
