Previewing and Printing Correspondence Messages

Procedure

To preview and print correspondence messages:

  1. Access the Correspondence Queue by selecting one of the following:

    • Select the customer. How?

    • Select the credit request. How?

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If you selected a customer, on the Customer Information tab, select Correspondence.

    • If you selected a credit request, select the Correspondence tab.

The Correspondence Queue displays the correspondence that has already been generated.

  1. To search for the correspondence you want to preview or print, enter information in the Search for Correspondence Messages section, and click Search.
    The List of Correspondence Messages section displays the messages that match the information you enter.

  2. Click view/edit in the row for the correspondence message you want to preview or print.
    The Notification Message Details screen appears.

  3. Click Print Preview.
    The correspondence appears in a separate browser window.

  4. To print the correspondence, select File>Print from the browser toolbar.
    The correspondence is printed to your local printer.
