Overview |
If a message is generated and saved to the Correspondence Queue, but not yet sent, you can edit the message. Specifically, you can change the content, delivery method (print, fax or e-mail), the e-mail addresses, the subject line, or the output format. However, you cannot edit a message after it has been sent; you can only resend the message. You can edit the message content in the following ways:
Note: To edit the inline content of a saved message, your administrator must have assigned you the appropriate capability. If you do not have this capability, the saved correspondence will be available to you as read-only. |
