Deleting Messages from the Correspondence Queue

Procedure

To delete messages from the correspondence queue:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select the customer. How?

    • Select the credit request. How?

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If you selected a customer, from the Customer Information tab, select Correspondence.

    • If you selected a credit request, select the Correspondence tab.

The Correspondence Queue screen appears.

  1. To search for the correspondence you want to delete, enter information in the Search for Correspondence Messages section, and click Search.
    The List of Correspondence Messages section displays the messages that match the information you enter.

  1. Select the check boxes for the messages you want to delete, and click Delete.
    The messages are deleted, but you can view them in the Correspondence History. How?
