Changing Business Contact Information for a Customer

Procedure

To change business contact information for a customer:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. From the Customer Information tab, select Business Contacts.
    The Business Contacts screen appears.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the business contact record you want to change.
    The Contact details screen for business contacts displays data for the selected customer.

  4. Change information for the contact, and click Save.
