Deleting Business Characteristics

Procedure

To delete business characteristics information:

Select the customer. How?
From the Customer Information tab, select Business Characteristics.
The Business Characteristics screen appears.
Select the check boxes for the business characteristics information you want to delete.
Click Delete.
