Specifying and Renaming a Default Customer Snapshot Template

Procedure

To specify and rename a default Customer Snapshot template:

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin Home Page appears.

  2. From the View Designer tab, select Edit Customer Snapshot.
    The Customer Snapshot screen appears.

  3. Select view/edit in the row for the template.

  4. Do one or both of the following:

    • Click in the Template Name field and type the name for the template. Each template must have a unique name.

    • Select the Default Template check box to designate the template as the default used for any user who is not assigned a template.

  1. Click Save.
