To modify notification event details:
Select Admin.
The Admin Home Page appears.
From the Business
Administration tab, select Notification Setup.
The Notification Setup (search) screen appears.
If necessary,
enter search information for the notification event, and click Search.
The Search Results section fills in with the events that match the
information you enter.
In Search Results,
select view/edit in the row for the notification event you want to modify.
The Notification Setup screen displays notification details, including
the Action Details for the primary and secondary actions, and the list
of rule conditions defined for this notification event in the RuleSet
section.
At the top
of the screen, change information for the notification event, and click
Save. You can change any information except the notification type and
trigger.
To modify the
primary or secondary actions for the default action:
Note: If you modify
the actions, the modifications affect all events to which the actions
are added. If you want the changes to apply to only this event, you must
create a new action.
In the
Action Detail section, change the description.
In the
Action Parameters section, change any of the action parameters. The action
parameters determine the contact who is notified, the template used, and
the default e-mail address.
Click
Save Action.
