Work Queue for Credit Analysis

Overview

For credit analysts the Work Queue Search screen organizes your credit processing and analysis tasks in a central location. To maximize the benefits of Work Queue, your business administrator defines work queue processes A work queue process organizes tasks for a specific category of your workflow, such as credit approval, credit allocation, or establishing a new customer. Your eCredit business administrator defines work queue processes and their associated tasks and activities using the Admin module. In the Work Queue module, when users are adding a task, they must first select the work queue process, and then select from the tasks available for the selected process. and associates tasks with each process. You use the tasks and activities that the business administrator creates when adding tasks to your work queue for a specific work queue process, such as credit approval, credit review, or establishing a new customer.

You can add work queue tasks as needed, or the automated process can automatically populate your work queue with tasks to review credit requests that did not meet the criteria for an automatic decisions. You can add tasks for a credit transaction, for a customer independent of a particular transaction, or for a user.

Work Queue enables efficient yet flexible management and prioritizing of credit processing and analysis tasks.
