To consolidate action item due dates for a customer so that the actions appear in your work queue on the same day, you can defer the action items to a date that you select. The deferment applies to:

Note: If the deferred to date is a non-working day, the next working day is used as the due date. The deferred actions are removed from your work queue. They will appear again on the new due date. The totals in your work queue are updated to reflect the removed actions. |
