Viewing Scorecard Definitions

Procedure

To view scorecard definitions:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Scores tab.
    The Scores screen appears.

  3. Select the name of the scorecard in the Name column for the scoring event.
    The Scorecard Details screen appears. The first section of this screen lists all criteria for the scorecard.

  4. To view the list of factors for a criterion, do one of the following:

    • Scroll through the screen to locate the factor list for the criteria.

    • Select the criterion in the Criteria Name column at the top of the screen.
      The screen scrolls to the section that lists the factors for the selected criterion.

  1. To view details for each factor, do one of the following:

    • Scroll through the screen to locate the section for the factor.

    • Locate the section for the criteria that includes the factor, and select the factor in the Factor Name column.
      The screen scrolls to the details for the factor you select.
