Submitting Scorecards

Procedure

To submit a score card:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Scores tab.
    The Scores screen appears.

  3. Select New Event.
    The Scorecard Event screen appears.

  4. From the Name list, select the scorecard you want to submit.

  5. In the Event Data section, enter any information required for the scorecard to begin processing.

  6. Click Submit Event.
    The Scores screen appears with the new scoring event When a credit analyst or business process initiates the processing of a scorecard, a scoring event is created. Each event is assigned a system-generated Event ID, that is used to identify the event when viewing scoring results and scorecard definition details. information listed.

  7. To update the status column with the current processing status, click Refresh.

Note: You can view results for score events when the Status column changes to Success. How?
