Resubmitting Scorecards

Procedure

To resubmit a score card:

  1. Select the customer. How?

  2. Select the Scores tab.
    The Scores screen appears.  

  1. Select the option button for the score event you want to resubmit.

  2. Select Resubmit.
    The new event for this submission appears in the list.

  3. To update the status column with the current processing status, click Refresh.
