About Generating Standard or Custom Reports Created for You |
|||
Overview |
In addition to any reports that you define, eCredit
includes standard reports available to all subscribers and can include
custom reports that the eCredit Professional Services Organization (PSO)
has defined for your organization. To generate a standard or custom report
defined for you, you must be assigned to a user Access role that includes
the capability to generate that specific report.
You can generate standard and eCredit PSO defined custom reports in any of the following formats:
When you generate a report as a CSV file, you can open it in any spreadsheet application to manipulate and format the report data. Delivery options The eCredit Professional Services Organization (PSO) can set up your report so that you can view the report on screen, and e-mail it. One or both of these options can be available as selections when generating the report. When generating standard or custom (PSO created) reports on the screen, if the report generation exceeds a certain time allotment, eCredit sends the report to you as an e-mail attachment and cancels the on-screen display. You receive a message on the Report Details screen notifying you that you will receive the report as an e-mail attachment. You can then open the attachment to view the report. If the e-mail delivery method has been selected for a report, you must enter the e-mail address when you generate it. You can enter more than one e-mail address using a comma to separate the addresses. Report parameters To generate a report, you must specify any parameters for the report. Typical parameters include the start and end date for the time period the report covers. Depending on the type of report you are generating, the report includes all the credit request transactions, credit lines, or work queue tasks created during the time frame you specify. Printing reports When printing reports, you can change the scaling and paper orientation to adjust the way the report prints. | ||
