Viewing Invoice Information

Invoices feature

You can view the following invoice information from the Invoices feature:

• Invoice details, including line item and payment details if this information is being sent through the interface.

• The total amount due for several invoices by selecting the invoices and moving the mouse over the selections (running totals).

• The total amount due for invoices displayed on each page and for invoices on all pages.

• Invoices that have a promise associated with them display one of the following promise indicators:

• Invoices that are disputed display the dispute indicator  .

• History of all completed collection activity for the invoice.

• Address information.
